Display of the Collections
Selections of artworks culled from the permanent collection are displayed on an annual basis. Each year the museum strives to have at least one of its professionally curated exhibitions come from its own collections. Items are occasionally loaned to regional, national and international institutions for exhibition purposes.
Access to Collections
The Museum’s Collections are accessible to students, faculty, staff and outside qualified scholars on an appointment basis during normal working hours (Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Researchers will be considered “qualified” if they are working towards an academic degree, a publication, exhibition or similar scholarly pursuit. All researchers should request an appointment with the Collections Manager/Registrar a minimum of five working days in advance.
Rights and Reproductions
Requests for reproduction of objects and images from the Museum’s Collections and the right to reproduce those images must be made in writing to the Collections Manager/Registrar of the Museum. Certain conditions may apply and fees may be charged for commercial usage and administrative purposes. A contract will be provided upon approval of a request.
