These men and women, painted so intimately and poignantly by @davidkassan, are all Auschwitz survivors. Today we remember those who perished, celebrate the rich and beautiful lives of those who survived, and work to confront the hatred and anti-semitism of the present. . This work is currently on view at the @museumoftolerance.
